Awaken your senses with an intimate four-course dinner celebrating Michigan’s first harvest.
Crafted by Chef Alexander Gandia and the Breaking Bred Hospitality team, this seasonally inspired evening showcases the freshest local ingredients from nearby farms — all served at the warm, welcoming Café Rica in the heart of Battle Creek. We will also have a wine tasting from a local vineyard. Dablon Vineyard wines will be showcased at the dinner.
